摘　　要：教育的根本是立德,心理健康教育重在育心。善是根植于中华优秀传统文化的精髓,社会善念融入心理健康教育使善德与育心得以全方位结合。通过分析社会善念融入心理健康教育的必要性,提出教育长入机制、教育协同机制和教育实践机制等三种融入机制,以保障社会善念有效地融入心理健康教育,且通过知善、测善、行善和善疗的链式教育方式融入路径,实现心理健康教育育心与育德的融合,从而实现教育育人的根本任务。The foundation of education lies in the cultivation of morality,while mental health education emphasizes nurturing the mind.Goodness is deeply rooted in the rich traditions of Chinese culture.Integrating social mindfulness into mental health education facilitates a comprehensive combination of moral education and mental health education.This study analyzes social mindfulness and highlights the necessity of its incorporation into mental health education.By proposing three integration mechanisms-namely,the educational growth mechanism,educational coordination mechanism,and educational practice mechanism-this research aims to ensure the effective integration of social mindfulness into mental health education,ultimately enhancing the cultivation of both mentality and morality within this educational framework.
