摘 要:西安200 MeV质子应用装置是为满足宇航器件空间单粒子效应研究与考核评估而建立的专用辐射模拟装置。该装置采用7 MeV直线加速器作为注入器、200 MeV同步加速器作为主加速器。装置于2014年立项,2020年达到设计指标并正式开放运行,目前已累计运行4000余小时,为30余家用户单位提供了机时,是我国首台满足空间单粒子效应考核指标要求的质子实验装置。下一步该装置计划通过新增一台重离子直线注入器,并对同步环进行少量改造,升级为一台质子重离子通用装置,以更好地满足空间辐射效应研究与宇航器件考核评估需求。本文综述了该装置的束流调试结果、开放运行情况及后续升级改造方案。Xi’an 200 MeV Proton Application Facility(XiPAF)is a facility dedicated for single event effect(SEE)test for space electronic device.XiPAF adopts the technical route of a 200 MeV synchrotron with a 7 MeV linear accelerator(linac)as its injector.The project was officially launched at the year of 2014 and reached its technical specification at 2020.After that,this machine has been opened to user experiment for over 4500 h.Series of experiments for over 30 users have been completed.XiPAF is the first space proton environment simulation facility which can meet SEE assessment standard in China.The next step is to upgrade this machine to a proton/heavy ion universal device through the addition of a heavy ion linac injector and a minor modification of the synchrotron ring to better meet the needs of space radiation effect research and aerospace device evaluation.In this paper,the results of beam commissioning,operation status,and the scheme of subsequent upgrading of the facility are reviewed.
