怀柔质子/电子加速器设施典型辐射效应测试及应用进展

摘  要:地面模拟试验是空间辐射环境效应研究的重要内容,也是分析测试评估和解决航天工程中辐射环境效应问题的关键和重要基础。针对中高轨卫星面临的突出的内部与深层充放电效应问题和空间科学系列卫星中选用的高性能光电部件与高性能科学载荷面临的空间辐射效应问题,中国科学院国家空间科学中心近年来在怀柔先后建立了怀柔5 MeV电子直线加速器设施和怀柔50 MeV质子回旋加速器设施。本文对上述设施的技术特点和能力指标等进行简单介绍,并在此基础上对基于上述装置开展的典型和特色空间辐射环境效应进行介绍。Ground simulation experiment is an important part of the study of space radiation environment effects,and it is also the key and important basis for analyzing,testing,evaluating and solving the problems of radiation environment effects in space engineering.In view of the prominent internal and deep charging and discharging effects faced by medium and high orbit satellites and the space radiation effects faced by high performance optoelectronic components and high performance scientific payloads selected in space science series satellites,the space radiation effects of high performance optoelectronic components and high performance scientific payloads are discussed.In recent years,National Space Science Center of Chinese Academy of Sciences has established the HuaiRou 5 MeV electron linear accelerator facility and the HuaiRou 50 MeV proton cyclotron accelerator facility.In this paper,the technical characteristics and capacity indicators of the above facilities are briefly introduced,and on this basis,the typical and characteristic space radiation environmental effects based on the above facilities are introduced.
