四种加力方式下尖牙远中移动的有限元分析

摘  要:目的:采用有限元分析方法比较直丝弓矫治技术4种加力方式下上颌尖牙的生物力学变化。方法:构建上颌尖牙-牙周膜-上颌骨-矫治器有限元模型,在尖牙托槽翼上设置4组加力方式:Ⅰ——在尖牙托槽近中双翼的中心加力;Ⅱ——在尖牙托槽远中双翼的中心加力;Ⅲ——在尖牙托槽四翼中心加力;Ⅳ——在尖牙托槽牵引钩处加力。通过向尖牙施加1 N的水平向远中正畸力,比较4种加载方式下上颌尖牙远中移动的位移趋势以及牙体和牙周膜的应力分布。结果:在4种加力方式下,上颌尖牙均表现为远中倾斜移动,伴近中唇向、远中舌向旋转的趋势。方式Ⅳ加力下牙体和牙周膜应力分布较均匀,较其他3种方式更接近整体移动,但旋转运动程度较大。结论:在4种加力方式中,方式Ⅳ对上颌尖牙的远中移动效果更为理想。Objective:To compare the biomechanical changes of maxillary canines under four loading methods of straight-wire orthodontic technique using finite element analysis.Methods:A finite element model of the maxillary canine,periodontal ligament,maxillary bone,and orthodontic appliance was constructed.Four loading methods were set on the canine bracket wings,Method I:Loading at the center of the mesial twin wings of the canine bracket,MethodⅡ:Loading at the center of the distal twin wings of the canine bracket,MethodⅢ:Loading at the center of all four wings of the canine bracket,Method IV:Loading at the traction hook of the canine bracket.A horizontal distal orthodontic force of 1 N was applied to the canine.The displacement trends and stress distribution in the tooth and periodontal ligament under the four loading methods were compared.Results:Under all four loading methods,the maxillary canines exhibited distal tipping movement with a tendency for mesial-labial and distal-lingual rotation.The stress distribution in the tooth and periodontal ligament was more uniform under MethodⅣ,achieving closer to bodily movement than the other three methods,but the degree of rotational movement was greater.Conclusion:Among the four loading methods,Method IV was the most effective for distal movement of the maxillary canines.
