摘　　要：病案信息管理科室作为医疗信息数据的汇聚部门,提供的临床医疗信息质量与服务水平,对医院医疗、教学、科研、管理、经营有序开展具有直接的影响。现代化医院中病案管理全面信息化的实施,要求病案信息管理能力更高,服务能力更强,需要党建引领的帮助与支持,重视病案科学科建设是党建工作中不可缺少的组成部分。医院必须适应新形势的变化,从明确科室组织结构定位,管理干部、专业人才选拔,技术化管理工具利用以及做好服务等方面,加强现代化的病案信息管理学科和人才队伍建设。在职务任用、职称评定、学习培训、待遇落实等具体工作中,发挥党建引领的重要作用,促进科室工作作风民主,保障客观公正,将在学科建设中产生积极的效果。As the gathering department of medical information data,the medical record information management department provides clinical medical information quality and service level,which has a direct impact on the orderly development of hospital medical treatment,teaching,scientific research,management and operation.The implementation of comprehensive information management of medical records in modern hospitals requires higher management ability of medical records information and stronger service ability,and needs the help and support of the leadership of the party building.Paying attention to the discipline construction of medical records is an indispensable part of the party building work.Hospitals must adapt to the changes of the new situation,and strengthen the construction of modern medical record information management discipline and talent team from the aspects of clarifying the organizational structure of departments,selecting management cadres and professionals,using technical management tools and doing a good job in service.In the specific work such as job appointment,title evaluation,learning and training,and treatment implementation,giving play to the important role of party building guidance,promoting the democratic work style of the department,ensuring objectivity and justice,will have a positive effect in the construction of disciplines.
