摘 要:目的探讨不同空间分辨率对集成磁共振成像(synthetic MRI,SyMRI)定量参数弛豫时间T1、T2和质子密度(proton density,PD)的影响。方法选取30例健康志愿者,均进行具有三种不同空间分辨率(体素大小分别为2 mm×2 mm×2 mm、1 mm×1 mm×2 mm和1 mm×1 mm×4 mm)的SyMRI颅脑扫描。根据SyMRI重建获得的定量图谱提取全脑的T1、T2和PD值,采用单因素方差分析比较不同空间分辨率各定量参数的差异。结果T2和PD值在不同层间内分辨率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),在不同层面内分辨率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);T1值在不同空间分辨率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论不同空间分辨率对颅脑定量参数T1值没有影响;不同矩阵对T2和PD值没有影响,而不同层厚对其影响较大。Objective To explore the effects of different spatial resolutions on the quantitative parameters including relaxation time T1,T2,and proton density(PD)obtained from synthetic magnetic resonance imaging(SyMRI).Methods This study included 30 healthy volunteers underwent brain MRI scans using SyMRI with three different spatial resolutions(voxel sizes of 2×2×2 mm,1×1×2 mm,and 1x1x4 mm,respectively).T1,T2,and PD values of the whole brain based on the quantitative maps were obtained from SyMRI,and the differences of various quantitative parameters with different spatial resolutions were compared using one-way analysis of variance.Results T2 and PD values showed significant statistical differences(P<0.05)at different through-plane resolutions,while,there was no statistical difference(P>0.05)at different in-plane resolutions.There was no statistically significant difference in T1 values at different spatial resolutions(p>0.05).Conclusion Different spatial resolutions have no effect on the quantitative parameter T1 of the brain.Different matrices have no effect on T2 and PD values,while,different slice thicknesses have a greater impact.
