摘　　要：爱国主义教育入法为新时代爱国主义教育提供了法治保障,探究爱国主义教育法治化对高校思想政治教育工作具有重要的启示意义,其实施进路为全员内化于心铭刻爱国之情、全过程灵活于行砥砺爱国之志、全方位多措并举铸牢爱国之魂。Patriotism education into the law for the New Era of patriotism education provides a guarantee of the rule of law,exploring the rule of law of patriotism education has important implications for ideological and political education work in colleges and universities.the implementation of a way for the whole staff to internalize patriotic feelings in the heart,the whole process of flexibility in the practice of sharpening patriotic aspirations,and a full range of multi-pronged measures to cast a firm patriotic soul.
