摘  要:目的 观察小梁切除术对原发性慢性闭角型青光眼患者角膜内皮细胞(corneal endothelial cell density,CECD)的影响。方法 收集中国科学技术大学附属第一医院眼科2021年1月至2022年6月收治的120例(120眼)原发性慢性闭角型青光眼患者。所有患者于术前和术后1月、3月、6月和12月行角膜内皮镜检查,记录角膜内皮细胞的数量、形态和密度。结果 小梁切除术后1月、3月、6月和12月角膜内皮细胞数分别为2435±298cells/mm^(2)、2390±285cells/mm^(2)、2345±278cells/mm^(2)和2310±270cells/mm^(2),与术前的2510±312cells/mm^(2)比较,差异有统计学差异(分别为t=1.90,P<0.05;t=3.11,P=0.001;t=4.32,P=0.0001和t=5.32,P<0.0001)。结论 小梁切除手术虽然在降低眼内压方面有效,但对角膜内皮细胞功能造成了不同程度的损害。Objective To observe the effect of trabeculectomy on corneal endothelial cell density(CECD)in patients with primary chronic closed-angle glaucoma.Methods A total of 120 cases(120 eyes)of primary chronic closed-angle glaucoma patients admitted to the Ophthalmology Department of the First Afiliated Hospital of University of Science and Technology of China from January 2021 to June2022 were collected.All patients underwent keratopathy endothelial microscopy before surgery and at 1,3,6,and 12 months postoperatively to record the number,morphology,and density of corneal endothelial cells.Results One month,three months,six months,and twelve months after trabeculectomy,the corneal endothelial cell counts were 2435±298 cells/mm^(2),2390±285 cells/mm^(2),2345±278 cells/mm^(2),and 2310±270 cells/mm^(2),respectively,compared to the preoperative count of 2510±312 cells/mm^(2),with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion Although trabeculectomy is effective in lowering intraocular pressure,it causes varying degrees of damage to corneal endothelial cell function.
