青少年网络成瘾的矫正对策探析——基于柏拉图的“心灵转向说”

摘　　要：学术界占主流地位的网络成瘾“病态说”把成瘾者混同于精神病人,提出了治标不治本的药物治疗法。网络成瘾“病态说”与古希腊思想家柏拉图的“心灵转向说”相矛盾。“心灵转向说”认为,成瘾现象根源于心灵转向的失败;它不是肉体的病态现象,而是心灵出了问题,即虚假的影像世界遮蔽了心灵之眼;矫正成瘾的方法在于恢复心灵的视力,观看和认识更高层次的知识和真理。“心灵转向说”启示我们,矫正青少年网络成瘾的关键措施不在于治疗肉体,而在于以教育为手段促使“心灵转向”,提升他们的认知层次和精神境界。家庭、政府、学校和社会等各方面要形成合力,循序渐进地将青少年的心灵聚焦方向从感性的影像世界切换至理性的真理世界,将其培养成为科技创新型人才。The mainstream view in academia regarding Internet addiction as a“pathological theory”conflates addicts with mental patients and proposes a pharmacological treatment that addresses only the symptoms but not the root causes.The“pathological theory”of Internet addiction contradicts the“theory of the turning of the mind”of the ancient Greek thinker Plato.The“theory of the turning of the mind”believes that addiction is rooted in the failure of the turning of the mind;it is not a physical pathological phenomenon,but problems in the mind,namely the false image world covers the eye of the mind;and the way to correct addiction is to restore the vision of the mind,and to see and recognize the higher levels of knowledge and truth.The“theory of the turning of the mind”reveals us that the key measure to correct juvenile Internet addiction is not to treat the physical body,but to promote the“turning of the mind”by education,and improve their cognitive level and spiritual realm.Families,governments,schools and all sectors of society should form a synergy to gradually switch the spiritual focus of juveniles from the perceptual image world to the rational truth world,and train them to become innovative talents in science and technology.
