“袁隆平精神”融入涉农中职院校农业新兴人才培养路径探析——以北京市农业广播电视学校密云区分校为例

摘　　要：探讨“袁隆平精神”融入涉农中职院校农业新兴人才培养的实践经验,分析北京市农业广播电视学校密云区分校的实践案例,阐述其在精神传承、科技领航、人才助力、教育先行等方面的举措与成效。研究发现,实践案例中存在精神内涵挖掘不深、实践路径创新不足等问题。因此,提出应深化内涵理解、创新实践方法、加强合作与资源拓展、完善评估反馈机制等策略,以提升“袁隆平精神”融入涉农中职院校农业新兴人才培养的效果,培养适应新时代需求的农业人才,助力乡村全面振兴。By discussing the practical path of integrating the"Spirit of Yuan Longping"into the cultivation of agricultural emerging talents in agriculture-related secondary vocational colleges,this paper analyzes the practical case of the Miyun Branch of Beijing Agricultural Radio and Television School,and expounds its measures and achievements in spiritual inheritance,scientific and technological pilot,talent assistance,and education first.It is found that there are some problems in the practical cases,such as the lack of deep exploration of spiritual connotation and the lack of innovation in practice paths.Therefore,it is proposed to deepen the understanding of connotation,innovate practical methods,strengthen cooperation and teaching resource development,and improve the evaluation and feedback mechanism,so as to improve the effect of integrating the"Spirit of Yuan Longping"into the cultivation of agricultural emerging talents in agriculture-related secondary vocational colleges,cultivate agricultural talents to meet the needs of the new era,and support to realize the full rura rlevitalization.
