山西省杂粮生产现状及发展思考

摘　　要：山西省因独特的资源禀赋和悠久的农耕历史使成为优质杂粮的“黄金产区”,杂粮已成为东西两山和北部高寒冷凉区农业的主导产业。介绍了山西省杂粮生产现状,分析了目前存在的主要问题,为进一步推进杂粮产业发展打好“特色”和“优质”两张牌提出了思考建议,努力促进实现山西杂粮产业高质量发展。In this paper,the present situation of coarse grain production in Shanxi Province was introduced,the main problems were analyzed,and suggestions were put forward for further promoting the development of coarse grain industry to play the two cards of"characteristic"and"high quality",and efforts were made to promote the high-quality development of Shanxi coarse grain industry.
