摘 要:为解决实验室用漆膜制备的自动化作业,重点开展多特性涂料工艺的六轴机器人末端执行器、控制装备研究。基于漆膜制备的工作原理及工艺要求分析,以六轴机器人为载体搭建了漆膜制备系统,根据系统的设计方案对上料模块、喷涂模块和下料模块进行设计和选型,可实现对不同尺寸、涂料(水性、油性)、材质(金属、木材)的漆膜制备自动化喷涂作业。系统通过更换可拆卸针筒注射器来实现涂料的快速更换,利用控制器对机器人运动轨迹的喷涂进行控制,实现准确的自动化喷涂作业,广泛应用于实验室的涂料检测。最后将该系统和人工的喷涂对比试验,证明该系统漆膜制备更均匀、表面光滑优质、重复性好,漆膜厚度偏差符合GB 1727标准要求。In order to solve the automated operation of paint film preparation for laboratory use,the research of six-axis robot end-effector and control equipment for multi-specialty coating process are focused on.Based on the working principle and process requirement analysis of paint film preparation,the paint film preparation system is built with a six-axis robot as the carrier,and the loading module,spraying module and unloading module are designed and selected according to the design scheme of the system,so as to realize the automated spraying operation for different sizes of paint film preparation with different paints(water-based,oil-based)and materials(metal,wood).The system realizes the quick change of paint by replacing the removable needle syringe,and utilizes the controller to control the spraying trajectory of the robot’s motion trajectory to realize the accurate automated spraying operation,which can be widely used in the laboratory’s paint inspection.Finally,the comparison test between the system and manual spraying proves that the system’s paint film preparation is more uniform,the surface is smooth and high-quality,the repeatability is good,and the deviation of the paint film thickness is in accordance with the requirements of the GB 1727 standard.
