摘 要:根据江苏省工业机器人标准体系发展现状及其在应用过程中出现的问题,首先对现有标准体系与地方产业发展和企业实际应用需求之间的差异进行了深入分析,明确了现行标准体系的不足之处。通过组织专家评审会,广泛听取来自工业机器人领域和相关制造业的专家建议,并对三家代表性企业进行了实地调研,详细了解其在实际应用中的痛点与需求。结合专家评审会意见及多家具有代表性企业的应用反馈,对现有工业机器人标准体系进行优化调整。该研究提出了一种更加贴合江苏省工业机器人产业需求的标准体系结构框架以更好适应江苏省产业发展需求。Based on the current development status of the industrial robot standard system in Jiangsu province and the problems encountered in its application,an in-depth analysis of the differences between the existing standard system and local industrial development and actual application needs of enterprises is conducted,and the shortcomings of the current standard system is clarified.By organizing expert review meetings,expert’s suggestions from the industrial robot field and related manufacturing industries are extensively listened,and on-site research on three representative enterprises is conducted to gain a detailed understanding of their pain points and needs in practical applications.Based on the opinions of the expert review meeting and feedback from multiple representative enterprises,the existing industrial robot standard system is optimized and adjusted.The study proposes a standard architecture framework that is more in line with the needs of the industrial robot industry in Jiangsu province,in order to better adapt to the development needs of the industry in Jiangsu province.
