摘  要:产教融合是深化职业教育体系改革的助推器与产业高质量发展的引擎,产教融合能够解决人才培养与人才需求不匹配之间的矛盾。随着职业院校产教融合的推进,跟岗实习课程面临新的机遇与挑战。文章从跟岗实习课程现状,教学策略分析,并提出了“四共建”跟岗实习机制,即共建共享实习实训基地、共建企业教师与学校教师管理机制、共建岗位作业指导书、共建教学资源,探讨产教融合视域下跟岗实习课程的建设做法,可为相关高校跟岗实习课程建设提供参考与借鉴。The integration of industry and education is the booster of deepening the reform of the vocational education system and the engine of high-quality industrial development,and the integration of industry and education can solve the contradiction between talent training and talent demand.With the advancement of the integration of industry and education in vocational colleges,on-the-job internship courses are facing new opportunities and challenges.This paper analyzes the current situation and teaching strategies of on-the-job internship courses,and proposes the"four co-construction"on-the-job internship mechanisms,namely,the co-construction of shared internship training bases,the co-construction of enterprise teachers and school teacher management mechanisms,the co-construction of post work instructions,and the co-construction of teaching resources,and discusses the construction practices of on-the-job internship courses from the perspective of industry-education integration,which can provide reference and reference for the construction of on-the-job internship courses in relevant universities.
