摘　　要：城市轨道交通作为现代城市重要的交通方式,面临着管理问题和挑战。《城市轨道交通运营管理》课程的教学改革势在必行。在大思政视域下,将思想政治教育与专业知识相结合,有助于提升学生素质和社会责任感。文章旨在探讨改革策略,提升学生实践能力和综合素质,为城市轨道交通的可持续发展做出贡献。As an important mode of transportation in modern cities,urban rail transit is facing management problems and challenges.It is imperative to reform the teaching of the course"Operation and Management of Urban Rail Transit".From the perspective of ideology and politics,the combination of ideological and political education and professional knowledge is helpful to improve students'quality and sense of social responsibility.The purpose of this paper is to discuss reform strategies,improve students'practical ability and comprehensive quality,and contribute to the sustainable development of urban rail transit.
