摘  要:文章主要介绍了电子机械制动系统(EMB)的相关内容。随着制动控制技术的发展,制动系统线控化成为了该领域的关键技术路线。汽车电子机械制动系统(EMB)是一种新型的汽车制动系统,结合了电子技术和机械制动原理。本研究旨在探讨EMB系统的性能特点、工作原理、关键技术以及在汽车制动领域的应用前景。首先,文章介绍了EMB系统的组成结构和工作原理,包括电子控制单元、传感器、执行器等关键部件,阐述了其制动过程中的工作流程,分析了EMB系统相对于传统液压制动系统的优势,包括制动响应速度更快、制动力分配更精准等方面。其次,文章阐述了电子机械制动的关键技术。最后,文章展望了EMB技术在未来汽车制动领域的发展趋势,指出其在提升汽车安全性、降低能耗排放等方面具有广阔的应用前景。综上所述,EMB系统作为一种创新的线控制动技术,将为汽车工业带来重要的发展机遇。This paper mainly introduces the related content of electro-mechanical braking system(EMB).With the development of brake control technology,wire control of brake system has become a key technical route in this field.Automotive electro-mechanical Braking System(EMB)is a new type of automotive braking system,which combines electronic technology and mechanical braking principle.The purpose of this study is to discuss the performance characteristics,working principle,key technology and application prospect of EMB system in the field of automotive braking.First of all,this paper introduces the composition and working principle of EMB system,including electronic control unit,sensor,actuator and other key components,describes its braking process,and analyzes the advantages of EMB system compared with traditional hydraulic braking system,including faster braking response speed and more accurate braking force distribution.Secondly,this paper describes the key technology of electromechanical braking.Finally,this paper looks forward to the development trend of EMB technology in the field of automotive braking in the future,and points out that it has broad application prospects in improving vehicle safety and reducing energy consumption emissions.In summary,EMB system as an innovative line control technology,will bring important development opportunities for the automotive industry.
