摘　　要：随着汽车更新换代的速度越来越快,压缩开发周期对企业的运营效率提出了更高要求,同时价格战对企业的成本控制能力提出了挑战,据统计,全供应链物流成本占整车成本的15%,因此高效准确地核定物流成本并设法降低,成为各企业都不可忽视的一项重要工作。文章通过调查分析,搭建了物流成本快速核算的系统模型,经过验证,误差在可接受范围,在实际工作中应用取得了较好的效果。As the speed of automobile replacement is getting faster and faster,the compression of development cycle puts forward higher requirements for the operation efficiency of enterprises,and the price war challenges the cost control ability of enterprises.According to statistics,the logistics cost of the whole supply chain accounts for 15%of the vehicle cost,so the efficient and accurate verification of logistics cost and try to reduce it has become an important task that cannot be ignored by all enterprises.Through investigation and analysis,this paper sets up the system model of rapid accounting of logistics cost.The error is verified in the acceptable range,and good results are obtained in practical application.
