摘 要:随着科技的发展和社会的进步,人们对车辆的要求不仅仅局限于一种简单的交通运输工具,对乘坐舒适性和操纵稳定性有了更高的要求,这也意味着对悬架刚度特性、车身高度调节以及阻尼控制有更严格的要求。液压悬架具备车高可调、刚度非线性、阻尼可控等有优越特性极大满足高端汽车对悬架性能的特殊要求。而油气弹簧是液压悬架最为重要组成部分,油气弹簧刚度则是悬架系统最为重要的参数指标之一。因此,研究油气弹簧刚度的特性具有重要意义。With the development of science and technology and the progress of society,people's requirements for vehicles are not limited to a simple transportation,but also have higher requirements for ride comfort and manipulation stability,which means more stringent requirements for stiff ness characteristics,body height adjustment and damping control.The hydraulic suspension has the advantages of adjustable height,nonlinear stiff ness and controllable damping,which greatly meet the special requirements of high-end automobile suspension performance.The hydro-pneumatic spring is the most important component of the hydraulic suspension,and the hydro-pneumatic spring stiff ness is one of the most important parameters of the suspension system.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the stiff ness characteristics of hydro-pneumatic spring.
