摘  要:随着人口老龄化进程加速,老年人力资源成为重要的潜在劳动力。在此背景下,研究老年人力资源开发有其重要意义,是应对人口老龄化发展的重要策略,也是缓解人口老龄化发展压力的科学举措。但面临现实问题:法律保障尚不完善、社会环境存在偏见、组织平台建设不足,本文基于此提出了其人力资源开发策略,旨在为我国老年人力资源开发提供可参考的方向。With the acceleration of population aging,elderly human resources have become an important potential workforce.In this context,studying the development of elderly human resources is of great significance,as it is an important strategy to address the aging population and a scientific measure to alleviate the pressure of population aging.However,facing practical problems such as incomplete legal protection,biased social environment,and insufficient organizational platform construction,this article proposes its human resource development strategy based on this,aiming to provide a reference direction for the development of elderly human resources in China.
