摘　　要：随着女性意识不断觉醒,经济能力不断提升,主打女性阵容的“她综艺”也迎来爆发期。《乘风破浪的姐姐》系列节目一经播出便引发社会的广泛关注和热议。本文借助受众基础、情绪价值和节目效果为切入口,从受众角度分析该综艺的热播原因,可为其他女性向综艺的开展提供一定的经验。With the continuous awakening of women’s consciousness and the improvement of economic ability,the“her variety show”that focuses on female lineups has also entered an explosive period.The series of programs Sisters Who Make Waves has attracted widespread attention and discussion in society since its broadcast.By leveraging audience foundation,emotional value,and program effectiveness as entry points,analyzing the reasons for the popularity of this variety show from the perspective of the audience can provide some experience for other women to develop into variety shows.
