摘 要:本文探讨了“SPOC+PBL”混合式教学模式在《经济法》课程中的应用与实践。基于该模式的设计,学生能够通过个性化线上学习和问题驱动的线下讨论,更加深入理解经济法理论知识,提升他们法律思维和解决问题的能力。此外,在线下实践探究中结合思政教育,进一步培养了学生的法治素养与社会责任感。通过过程性和总结性评价的综合反馈,证明该教学模式能有效提升学生的自主学习能力和团队合作能力。同时,本文也对本课程的教学改革提出了针对教师信息化教学能力与线上线下平衡的改进建议,为进一步推进了《经济法》课程的教学改革和未来的其他课程改革提供了参考。This article explores the application and practice of the"SPOC+PBL"blended learning model in the course of"Economic Law".Based on this model,students can deepen their understanding of economic law theory and enhance their legal thinking and problem-solving abilities through personalized online learning and problem driven offline discussions.In addition,combining ideological and political education with offline practical exploration further cultivates students'legal literacy and sense of social responsibility.Through the comprehensive feedback of process and summary evaluation,it has been proven that this teaching model can effectively enhance students'self-learning ability and teamwork ability.At the same time,this article also proposes improvement suggestions for the teaching reform of this course,focusing on the teacher's information technology teaching ability and the balance between online and offline teaching,providing reference for further promoting the teaching reform of the Economic Law course and other future course reforms.
