高职院校图书馆志愿者管理与优化实践的研究——以徐州医药分院为例

摘　　要：随着职业教育的快速发展,国家对于高职教育提出了更高的要求,职业教育不仅要承担专业技能的培养职责,同时也要注重学生职业精神的淬炼。近年来,高校图书馆的志愿者服务活动在丰富志愿服务领域、拓展志愿服务频次以及树立志愿服务品牌等方面都取得了良好的效果。然而,高职院校图书馆志愿服务的快速发展也产生了一些问题,一定程度上制约了图书馆服务水平的提升。因此,创新志愿服务管理模式、完善服务实践机制,成为值得高职院校图书馆管理员深入探讨的课题。本文通过分析图书馆专业志愿服务现状以及相对应的优化策略,总结志愿服务中的实践经验,以期为国内其他高职院校图书馆志愿服务的开展提供有效的参考。With the rapid development of vocational education,the country has put forward higher requirements for vocational education.Vocational education should not only undertake the responsibility of cultivating professional skills,but also pay attention to the tempering of students'professional spirit.In recent years,volunteer service activities in university libraries have achieved good results in enriching volunteer service fields,expanding volunteer service frequency,and establishing volunteer service brands.However,the rapid development of volunteer services in vocational college libraries has also generated some problems,which to some extent have constrained the improvement of library service levels.Therefore,innovating volunteer service management models and improving service practice mechanisms have become topics worthy of in-depth exploration by library administrators in vocational colleges.This article analyzes the current situation of professional volunteer services in libraries and corresponding optimization strategies,summarizes practical experience in volunteer services,and aims to provide effective references for the development of volunteer services in libraries of other vocational colleges in China.
