摘　　要：根据国际癌症研究机构的统计,食管癌在全球和我国的发病率及死亡率均居高不下,尤其是寡转移性食管癌的治疗亟待关注.尽管目前转移性食管癌被认为无法治愈,但在寡转移状态下,积极的治疗措施可带来生存获益.2024年,欧洲国家发布首部寡转移性食管胃癌临床实践指南,基于系统评价和专家共识,旨在规范治疗策略.然而,国内对寡转移性食管癌的重视程度仍显不足.笔者旨在探讨寡转移性食管癌的治疗现状与未来方向,强调积极干预的潜在益处.早期识别和介入治疗寡转移性食管癌或可改善患者预后,值得进一步研究证实.According to statistics data from the International Agency for Research on Cancer,esophageal cancer remains highly prevalent and fatal globally and in China,especially the treatment of oligometastatic esophageal cancer needs urgent attention.Studies show that while metastatic esophageal cancer is considered incurable,proactive treatment measures can lead to survival benefits when in an oligometastatic state.The first clinical practice guideline for oligometastatic esophagogastric cancer is released in Europe in 2024.It is based on systematic reviews and expert consensus,with the aims to standardize treatment strategies.However,there is still insufficient emphasis on oligometastatic esophageal cancer within China.The authors aim to explore the current treatment landscape and future directions for oligometastatic esophageal cancer,emphasize the potential benefits of active intervention.Early identification and therapeutic intervention in patients with oligometastatic esophageal cancer may improve outcomes,which is warranted further research confirmation.
