摘 要:张仲景在《伤寒论·序》的末尾援引了孔子的“生而知之”论,但其深刻内涵鲜有被后世论及。文章通过梳理儒家认知论的哲学思想,认为“生而知之”是形而上学的修身方法。张仲景对“生而知之”的引用,是提醒后学重视中医形而上的根本,在中医学习和研究中借鉴儒家的形而上学修身法。儒家修身法可以被归结为事修和止念,中医学则有对应于事修的育德和对应于止念的调气御神。在当下形而下的科学认知法在中医学中大行其道之时,重新认识和研究形而上的“生知”法,对中医学的继承和发展有重要意义。ZHANG Zhongjing quoted Confucius’theory of‘born to know’at the end of Preface of Treatise on Cold Pathogenic Diseases,but its profound connotation was rarely discussed in later generations.This article reviews the philosophical ideas of Confucian epistemology and believes that‘born to know’is a metaphysical method of self-cultivation.ZHANG Zhongjing’s citation of‘born to know’is a fundamental reminder to later scholars to attach importance to the metaphysics of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM),and to learn from confucian metaphysical cultivation methods in the study and research of TCM.The confucian method of self-cultivation can be summarized as the cultivation of morality and the cessation of mindfulness.TCM has the regulation of qi and spirit-regulating.At a time when the scientific cognitive method of the present form is widely used in TCM,a new understanding and study of the method of‘born to know’has great significance for the inheritance and development of TCM.
