摘　　要：元气学说是中医学理论体系的重要组成部分,其理论始于《黄帝内经》,后经历代医家不断完善。近年来,随着对元气理论研究的不断深入,发现临床心脑血管病、肿瘤病、产后病、免疫病、内分泌等疑难病症及急危重症多存在元气亏虚。重视中医元气研究是疾病谱发展的客观要求,也符合现代医学模式转变的要求。文章分别从元气学说的理论发展、涵义及分类、损伤及培补、相关疾病、现代研究5个方面对近20年元气学说相关文献进行综述,探讨其在临床及养生保健方面的价值。The theory of promordial qi is an important part of the theoretical system of traditional Chinese medicine.Its theory began in Huangdi Neijing and was continuously improved by doctors of all ages.In recent years,with the continuous deepening of the research on the theory of promordial qi,it has been found that the deficiency of promordial qi exists in clinical cardio-cerebrovascular disease,tumor disease,postpartum disease,immune disease,endocrine disease and other difficult diseases as well as acute and critical diseases.It is the objective requirement of the development of disease spectrum to attach importance to the study of the promordial qi of traditional Chinese medicine,and it also conforms to the requirements of the transformation of modern medical model.The article summarizes the literature related to the theory of promordial qi in the past 20 years from f ive aspects:the theoretical development,meaning and classification of the theory of promordial qi,damage and cultivate,related diseases,and modern research,and discusses its value in clinical and health care.
