摘　　要：金银花是药食同源大宗品种,药用历史悠久,市场需求量大。挥发性成分既是金银花的药用活性成分,也是食用风味物质,是影响金银花质量的重要指标。文章对金银花挥发性成分的提取方法、化学组成及影响因素等进行了系统归纳总结,明确了金银花挥发性成分主要受种质、产地、发育时期、干燥加工、提取方法等因素的影响,可为提高和稳定金银花质量、促进开发利用提供参考。As a large variety with homology of medicine and food,Flos Lonicerae has a long medicinal history and a large market demand.Volatile components are not only medicinal active components,but also edible flavor substances,which are important indicators affecting the quality of Flos Lonicerae.In this paper,the extraction methods,chemical composition and influencing factors of volatile components of Flos Lonicerae are systematically summarized,and it is clear that the volatile components of Flos Lonicera are mainly affected by germplasm,origin,development period,dry processing and extraction methods,so as to provide reference for improving and stabilizing the quality of Flos Lonicera and promoting its development and utilization.
