摘  要:目的了解护理专业本科生实习期间提供和接受同伴支持中的体验。方法2023年1-5月,采用目的抽样法对20名本科实习护生进行半结构式深入访谈,了解其在提供和接受同伴支持中的体验,采用Colaizzi 7步分析法分析访谈资料并提炼主题。结果共提炼3个主题及11个亚主题:(1)同伴支持的内容多样,包括经验交流、信息支持、情感支持、团结协作、生活照顾;(2)同伴支持的益处,包括减轻不良情绪、促进彼此成长、增进同学情谊;(3)提升同伴支持的方法,包括自己选择同伴、多交流多沟通,主动分担任务、积极培养感情;明确职责分工、营造良好氛围。结论同伴是本科实习护生社会支持的重要组成部分,应重视同伴支持在促进其角色转型和职业成长中的独特作用。Objective To explore the peer support experiences among undergraduate nursing students during their internship.Methods Purposeful sampling was employed to conduct semi-structured,in-depth interviews with 20 nursing interns who had provided and received peer support,from January to May 2023.Colaizzi seven-steps analysis method was used to analyze the interview data and extract themes.Results Three main themes and eleven sub-themes were extracted:(1)Diverse contents of peer support,including experience sharing,informational support,emotional support,solidarity and cooperation,and life care;(2)Benefits of peer support,including alleviating negative emotions,promoting mutual growth,and enhancing camaraderie among classmates;(3)Methods to enhance peer support,including choosing peers independently,enhancing communication,actively sharing tasks,actively cultivating relationships,clarifying responsibility divisions,and creating a pleasant atmosphere.Conclusions Peers are an important component of social support for nursing interns.The unique role of peer support in promoting the role transition and professional growth of nursing students should be emphasized.
