摘　　要：为了研究科技创新及标准化推进工作的相互影响,指导标准化工作的开展。通过对近年来,在政策引导和支持、产学研用合作与交流、标准引领作用等多种推进措施的实施实践和效果追踪中,对科技创新和标准化推进工作的相互影响作用开展了研究分析。结果表明,科技创新源于需求和机遇,科技创新成果的快速转化和应用可以通过标准化与科技创新的有效衔接和深度融合加以推动。另一方面,标准化则助推着科技创新的成果产业化、规模化的实现,进而孕育出新的市场需求和产业机遇,为两者持续带来新的动力源泉和互动发展。标准化与科技创新的相互促进、相互支撑互动发展,可以更加有效地推动科技创新成果的快速转化和应用,也必然会演化为我国标准化发展新征程的关键路径。In order to study the mutual influence between technological innovation and standardization promotion,and guide the standardization work,the mutual influence of scientific innovation and standardization is studied and analyzed in the implementation practice and effect tracking of various promotion measures such as policy guidance and support,industry-university-research cooperation and exchange,and standard leading role in recent years,the results show that the scientific innovation stems from needs and opportunities,and the rapid transformation and application of the scientificinnovation achievements can be promoted through the effective connection and deep integration of the standardization and the scientific innovation.On the other hand,the standardization promotes the industrialization and large-scale realization of the scientific innovation,which in turn gives birth to the new market demand and industrial opportunities,and continues to bring new sources of power and chances for interactive development.The research results can provide a certain reference for that the mutual promotion,mutual support and interactive development of the standardization and the scientific innovation can more effectively promote the rapid transformation and application of the scientific innovation achievements,and will inevitably evolve into the key path of China's new journey of standardization development.
