摘 要:【目的】研究饲粮中添加花椒籽对湖羊羔羊生产性能、屠宰性能、内脏器官指数和瘤胃组织形态的影响。【方法】选取3月龄体质量(25.66±3.03)kg相近的健康湖羊公羔27只,随机分为3组,分别在基础饲粮中添加0%(对照组)、3%(试验Ⅰ组)、6%(试验Ⅱ组)的花椒籽,预试期10 d,正试期90 d。【结果】对照组料重比显著高于试验Ⅰ组和试验Ⅱ组(P<0.05);各组之间屠宰性能差异不显著,但试验Ⅰ组和试验Ⅱ组背膘厚有显著高于对照组的趋势(P=0.073);试验Ⅰ组瘤胃重量显著高于对照组(P<0.05),试验Ⅰ组瘤胃相对重量、瓣胃重量和瓣胃相对重量显著高于对照组和试验Ⅱ组(P<0.05),试验Ⅰ组皱胃重量显著高于试验Ⅱ组(P<0.05),试验Ⅰ组总胃重和总胃重相对重量显著高于对照组和试验Ⅱ组(P<0.05);试验Ⅱ组瘤胃乳头高度显著高于试验Ⅰ组和对照组(P<0.05),试验Ⅰ组瘤胃乳头高度显著高于对照组(P<0.05);对照组和试验Ⅰ组瘤胃乳头宽度显著高于试验Ⅱ组(P<0.05);试验Ⅰ组和试验Ⅱ组角化层厚度显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。【结论】饲粮中添加3%和6%的花椒籽可促进湖羊羔羊瘤胃组织发育,降低料重比,其中添加3%的花椒籽更有利于复胃的生长。【Objective】This experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of dietary Zanthoxylum bungeanum seeds on growth performance,slaughter performance,organ index and rumen tissue morphology of Hu lambs.【Method】Twenty-seven healthy male lambs of similar body weight(25.66±3.03)kg at 3 months of age were randomly divided into 3 groups,the basal diets were supplemented with 0%(control group),3%(experimental group I)and 6%(experimental group II)Z.bungeanum seeds,respectively.The pre-trial period was 10 days and the formal trial period was 90 days.【Result】The feed to gain ratio of the control group was significantly higher than that of test groups I and II(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in carcass performance(P>0.05),but the backfat thickness of experimental groups I and II was significantly higher than that of the control group(P=0.073).The rumen weight of test group I was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),the relative rumen weight,omasum weight and relative omasum weight of test group I were significantly higher than those of the control group and test group II(P<0.05),and the abomasum weight of test group I was significantly higher than that of test group II(P<0.05).The total stomach weight and the relative weight of the total stomach weight of test group I were significantly higher than those of control group and test group II(P<0.05).The ruminal papilla height of test group II was significantly higher than that of test group I and control group(P<0.05),and that of test group I was significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.05).The ruminal papilla width of the control group and test group I was significantly higher than that of test group II(P<0.05).Stratum corneum thickness of test groups I and II was significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.05).【Conclusion】Diets supplemented with 3%and 6%Z.bungeanum seeds can promote rumen tissue development and reduce the feed to gain ratio of Hu lambs,but the addition of 3%seeds is more conducive to th
