公共卫生应急现况与发展的可视化分析

摘　　要：目的了解国内外公共卫生应急研究现状和发展趋势以及我国现阶段卫生应急的不足之处,为提高我国公共卫生应急能力提供新思路。方法检索中国知网、万方数据知识服务平台、维普中文期刊数据库和Pubmed数据库2018—2023年国内外公共卫生应急和公共卫生危机管理方面的文献,以Citespace软件分析资料。结果共收集文章520篇,最终纳入文章495篇,中心性应急管理(0.46)、公共卫生(0.49)、应急能力(0.38)、应急处置(0.19)、public health emergency(0.35)、public health(0.15)、public health emergency management(0.22)等领域,关键词有应急机制、能力建设、应急预警、first responders、health emergencies等。结论我国当前公共卫生应急能力与应急体系的建设、突发事件首次响应与应急处置是卫生应急研究的重要领域,同时我国现阶段应急能力与应急体系的建设、专业人员应急能力、应急评价体系尚不完善,有待研究。Objective To understand the domestic and international current status and development trends of public health emergencies response,as well as the deficiencies of Chinese public health emergency response at present,and provide new insights for enhancing Chinese public health emergency response capabilities.Methods The domestic and international literatures on public health emergency response and crisis management published during 2018 to 2023 were retrieved from China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI),Wanfang Data,VIP Chinese Journal database,and Pubmed database.The data were analyzed by Citespace software.Results Totally 520 articles were collected and 495 articles were ultimately enrolled including the fields of central emergency management(0.46),public health(0.49),emergency response capacity(0.38),emergency response(0.19),public health emergencies(0.35),public health policies and practices(0.15),and management strategies for public health emergencies(0.22),et al.The keywords were emergency mechanisms,capacity building,early warning systems for emergencies,first responders and health emergencies,et al.Conclusions The construction of the capacity of public health emergency response and emergency systems,the initial response and emergency disposal are the crucial researches areas on the health emergency response.At the same time in China,the construction of the capacity of emergency response and emergency systems,the capabilities of the professional staffs and the emergency evaluation system are not pefect and need to be studied.
