摘 要:针对加速度计系统中普遍存在的信号零偏漂移与低频噪声,文中采用一种基于交流反馈的闭环系统,结合结构参数和电路参数,对加速度计系统进行仿真,设计FPGA数字电路。搭建模拟直流反馈与数字交流反馈的闭环系统测试平台,在相同环境下进行对比实验。实验结果表明:交流反馈相较于直流反馈信号输出零偏稳定性与噪声水平改善约45%,产生了较好的效果。In this paper,a closed-loop system based on AC feedback was proposed to address the common challenges of signal zero deviation drift and low-frequency noise in accelerometer systems.The accelerometer system was simulated by integrating accelerometer parameters and circuit parameters,and it was implemented using FPGA digital circuits.A closed-loop system test platform for simulation DC feedback and digital AC feedback was constructed,followed by conducting comparative experiments under identical environmental conditions.The experimental results indicate that the output zero bias stability and noise level of the AC feedback signal are improved by about 45%compared with that of the DC feedback signal,producing good effect.
