摘　　要：目的:通过探讨联体双胎产前超声特点及临床特征,提高对联体双胎的认识。方法:报告1例坐骨联体双胎病例,分析病例的临床特点,并对联体双胎相关文献进行分析。结果:该病例在产前诊断时认为寄生胎,经过引产后病理诊断确认为罕见的四足坐骨联体双胎。结论:联体双胎妊娠是单卵双胎的一种罕见并发症,超声检查在孕早期能够有效发现联体双胎的畸形,为早期诊断提供了重要依据。早期发现、早期诊断和早期干预对于联体双胎的临床管理至关重要,有助于改善孕期管理和预后。Objective:To investigate the prenatal ultrasound characteristics and clinical features of conjoined twins,and to enhance the understanding of this rare condition.Method:A case of ischiopagus conjoined twins was reported,the clinical features of the case and related literature on conjoined twins were summarized.Results:The case was prenatally diagnosed as a possible parasitic twin.After induction of labor,pathological diagnosis confirmed it as a rare case of four-legged ischiopagus conjoined twins.Conclusion:Conjoined twin pregnancy is a rare complication of monozygotic twinning.Ultrasound examination in early pregnancy can effectively detect the malformations of conjoined twins,providing an important basis for early diagnosis.Early detection,diagnosis,and intervention are crucial for the clinical management of conjoined twins,helping to improve pregnancy management and outcomes.
