摘 要:锂电池在充电过程中充电电压变化范围大,其等效阻抗不断增加,会带来恒流过充以及恒压欠充问题,结合锂电池在快速充电过程中的动态特性,提出一种基于半桥驱动的恒流恒压可重构的S/LCC-LCC无线电能传输(WPT)系统。半桥驱动的WPT系统仅用一个切换开关进行拓扑重构即可实现系统输出特性的切换,具有所用元件少,重构拓扑简单等特性。首先,给出了基于S/LCC-LCC的拓扑重构原理;其次,分析了半桥驱动的重构拓扑的恒流恒压以及零相角特性;再次,给出了WPT系统的异常工况以及相应解决办法;最后,搭建了仿真和实验平台。验证性的WPT系统在恒流模式能输出恒定电流3.47 A,在恒压模式能输出恒定电压48.2 V。仿真与实验结果验证了所提方法的正确性。In the charging process of lithium battery,the charging voltage varies greatly,and its equivalent impedance increases continuously,which will bring about the problems of constant current overcharge and constant voltage undercharge.Combined with the dynamic characteristics of lithium battery in the fast charging process,a S/LCC-LCC WPT system with constant current and constant voltage reconfigurable based on half-bridge drive was proposed.The half-bridge driven WPT system can realize the switching of the output characteristics of the system by only one switching switch for topology reconstruction,so it has the characteristics of less components and simple reconstruction topology.First,the topology reconstruction principle based on S/LCC-LCC was given.Secondly,the characteristics of both CC/CV and ZPA were analyzed for the reconstruction topology by the half-bridge drive.Then,the abnormal working condition of the WPT system and the corresponding solution were given.Finally,the simulated and experimental platform were built,and the experimental WPT system can produce CC of 3.47 A in CC mode and CV of 48.2 V in CV mode.The simulated and experimental results verify correctness of the proposed method.
