摘  要:近年来,高职院校学生的心理健康状况日益受到关注。大学生心理健康教育不仅是提升学生心理素质的关键环节,还是维护校园安全稳定不可或缺的基石。文章从“三全育人”的视角出发,深入研究并构建科学有效的心理健康教育策略,以期能提高学生的心理素质和抗压能力,为高职院校的和谐稳定提供坚实保障,从而培养出既具备专业技能又拥有健康心理的高素质人才。In recent years,the mental health status of students in vocational colleges has received increasing attention.Psychological health education for college students is not only a key link in improving their psychological quality,but also an indispensable cornerstone in maintaining campus safety and stability.Starting from the perspective of"three comprehensive education",this article conducts in-depth research and constructs scientific and effective strategies for mental health education,aiming to improve students'psychological quality and stress resistance,provide solid guarantees for the harmony and stability of vocational colleges,and cultivate high-quality talents who possess both professional skills and healthy psychology.
