科教融汇背景下应用型高校学前教育专业人才培养模式探索

摘  要:文章基于科教融汇的教育背景,深入探讨了应用型高校学前教育专业人才培养模式的问题。科教融汇作为一种新兴的教育理念,强调教育、科研与产业实践的深度融合,为高校人才培养提供了新的思路和方法。针对学前教育专业,文章首先分析了当前人才培养存在的问题,如专业定位不明确、专业课程体系待优化、专业师资结构待调整、专业建设困难待解决、专业发展规划不清晰等,并提出了学前教育专业科教人才培养模式的建构方向。The article is based on the educational background of integrating science and education,and explores in depth the issue of talent cultivation models for preschool education majors in applied universities.As an emerging educational concept,the integration of science and education emphasizes the deep integration of education,scientific research,and industrial practice,providing new ideas and methods for talent cultivation in universities.Regarding the preschool education major,the article first analyzes the current problems in talent cultivation,such as unclear professional positioning,need for optimization of professional curriculum system,need for adjustment of professional teacher structure,difficulties in professional construction to be solved,unclear professional development planning,etc.,and proposes the construction direction of the scientific and educational talent cultivation model for preschool education major.
