摘  要:为适应新质生产力发展的新要求,托育师资的培养模式需进行改革。文章以“早期教育活动设计与指导”课程的实训教学部分为研究对象,发现现阶段实训教学存在以模拟实践教学为主、岗位实训练习时间相对较短、对于实训对象和家长缺乏了解等问题。研究拟采用项目化教学法和情景化教学法,通过岗位观摩、明晰任务、付诸实践和总结反思四个环节,全过程融入岗课融通、产教融合的理念,取得了较好的实训效果。研究建议采用任务驱动法激发学生参与热情、提供真实实训情境、合理设定实训课时和优化壮大实训教师队伍等措施,不断提高托育师资培养质量。To meet the new requirements of the development of new quality productivity,the training mode of childcare teachers needs to be reformed.The article takes the practical teaching part of the course"Design and Guidance of Early Education Activities"as the research object,and finds that there are problems in the current practical teaching,such as mainly using simulated practical teaching,relatively short on-the-job training time,and lack of understanding of the training objects and parents.The research plans to adopt project-based teaching method and situational teaching method,integrating the concepts of job course integration and industry education integration throughout the entire process through four stages:job observation,task clarification,practical implementation,and summary reflection,achieving good practical training results.The research suggests using task driven methods to stimulate students'enthusiasm for participation,provide real training scenarios,set reasonable training hours,and optimize and strengthen the training teacher team to continuously improve the quality of childcare teacher training.
