摘　　要：在全球信息化、智能化的迅猛发展下,数字技术正以前所未有的速度和深度融入社会的各个层面。高等教育作为国家创新驱动发展战略的重要支撑,肩负着培养创新型、复合型高素质人才的重任,必须在数字时代的洪流中,充分发挥数字技术的优势,实现教育管理的科学化、智能化和个性化。在实施中,教师要全面以学生为中心,树立数字管理思维、增强人文关怀和过程评价,为高校教育管理的数字化转型提供有益的参考,提升高等教育管理水平,促进教育事业高质量发展。With the rapid development of global informatization and intelligence,digital technology is integrating into various levels of society at an unprecedented speed and depth.As an important support for the national innovation driven development strategy,higher education shoulders the responsibility of cultivating innovative and versatile highquality talents.It must fully leverage the advantages of digital technology in the tide of the digital age to achieve scientific,intelligent,and personalized education management.In implementation,it is necessary to comprehensively put students at the center,establish digital management thinking,enhance humanistic care and process evaluation,provide useful references for the digital transformation of higher education management,promote the improvement of higher education management level,and promote the high-quality development of education.
