资助育人基地“五育”融合育人模式探究

摘  要:新时代,党和国家对高校资助育人工作赋予了新的使命,提出了新的要求,做好资助育人工作既是高校落实好立德树人的本质要求,又是高校思政工作提质增效的重要途径。当前,高校资助育人工作存在重物质帮扶、育人形式单一、育人资源欠缺整合等问题。文章基于当前高校资助育人工作的问题,分析了资助育人基地建设的必要性,并提出“五育”融合育人模式,即坚持以德为先、以智为基、以体为本、以美为要、以劳为重,全面发展素质教育,以加强对受助学生的跟踪培养,促进学生全面发展。In the new era,the Party and the state have given new missions and requirements to the work of subsidizing and educating students in universities.Doing a good job in the work of subsidizing and educating students is not only the essential requirement of implementing the moral education policy,but also an important way to improve the quality and efficiency of ideological and political work in universities.At present,there are problems with the funding and education work in universities,such as heavy material assistance,single forms of education,and lack of integration of educational resources.The article analyzes the necessity of building subsidized education bases based on the existing problems in current university education work,and proposes the"Five Education"Integration education model,which adheres to the principle of prioritizing morality,intelligence,physical fitness,beauty,and labor,comprehensively developing quality education,strengthening the tracking and cultivation of students receiving assistance,and promoting their all-round development.
