摘　　要：当前在职业教育领域,订单式人才培养模式作为产教融合的一种具体实现形式,展现出了独特的优势和潜力。其通过校企深度合作,实现了人才培养与市场需求的有效对接。文章阐述了订单式人才培养模式的内涵与特点,并探讨了订单式人才培养模式的创新路径与实践策略。通过这些策略,可以进一步提升人才培养的针对性和实效性,促进学校与企业的深度合作,共同推动职业教育的高质量发展。Currently,in the field of vocational education,the order based talent training model,as a specific implementation form of industry education integration,has demonstrated unique advantages and potential.Through deep cooperation between schools and enterprises,it has effectively connected talent cultivation with market demand.The article elaborates on the connotation and characteristics of the order based talent cultivation model,and explores the innovative path and practical strategies of the order based talent cultivation model.Through these strategies,we can further enhance the pertinence and effectiveness of talent cultivation,promote deep cooperation between schools and enterprises,and jointly promote the high-quality development of vocational education.
