摘　　要：随着时代的发展,高等教育面临着前所未有的机遇和挑战。文章分析了当前高校教育管理工作中存在的管理体制僵化、教育资源分配不均、教育管理理念落后等问题,提出高校可以通过创新优化适应时代发展,提升教育质量,推动教育公平,增强国际竞争力。并建议通过深化管理体制改革、优化教育资源分配、创新教育管理理念、加强国际交流与合作等方式来推进新时代高校教育管理改革优化与创新。With the advent of the new era,higher education is facing unprecedented opportunities and challenges.The article analyzes the current management of higher education and finds that the main problems include rigid management systems,uneven distribution of educational resources,and outdated educational management concepts.Through innovation and optimization,we can adapt to the development of the times,improve the quality of education,promote educational equity,and enhance international competitiveness.The article suggests that the reform,optimization,and innovation of higher education management in the new era should be promoted through deepening the reform of the management system,optimizing the allocation of educational resources,innovating educational management concepts,and strengthening international exchanges and cooperation.
