摘　　要：随着2018年的机构改革,国家测绘地理信息局并入自然资源部,测绘地理信息行业的职责和定位也发生了深刻的变化。随着产教融合、普通高等教育学科专业设置调整优化改革等一系列方案的推出,无形中对测绘地理信息学科专业的发展提出了更高的要求。在新时代产教融合背景下测绘地理信息学科专业发展仍存在诸多的问题。因此,文章首先综合分析了产教融合背景下该学科专业发展存在的问题,然后针对问题探析激励路径的构建,进而全方位激发测绘地理信息学科专业人员的积极性,提升人才培养质量和社会服务能力,推动测绘地理信息学科的健康可持续发展。With the institutional reform in 2018,the National Administration of Surveying,Mapping and Geoinformation was merged into the Ministry of Natural Resources,and the responsibilities and positioning of the surveying,mapping and geographic information industry have undergone profound changes.With the introduction of a series of plans such as the integration of industry and education,the adjustment and optimization of disciplinary and professional settings in general higher education,higher requirements have been invisibly put forward for the development of the surveying and mapping geographic information discipline.In the context of the integration of industry and education in the new era,there are still many problems in the development of the surveying and mapping geographic information discipline.Therefore,the article first comprehensively analyzes the problems existing in the development of this discipline under the background of industry education integration,and then explores the construction of incentive paths for these problems,in order to comprehensively stimulate the enthusiasm of professionals in the field of surveying and mapping geographic information,improve the quality of talent cultivation and social service capabilities,and promote the healthy and sustainable development of surveying and mapping geographic information discipline.
