摘  要:目前水准泡制造行业采用人工方法对水准泡进行出厂检测,其准确率低,速度慢。提出一种基于视觉检测及高精度运动控制系统的自动检测方法。采用二值化、模板匹配及拟合圆等图像处理算法,同时结合PID控制理论,得到水泡位移同角度台偏转角之间的数据关系,最终得到管状水准泡内壁实际打磨效果。同时根据检测需求,分析了本测量设备的测量能力(CGK),以验证本设备的可靠性。对1000个水准泡进行测量实验,实验结果表明所提检测方法能有效提高水准泡角值检测准确度。Aiming at the problems of low precision and slow speed caused by manual inspection of leveling bubble in the current level bubble manufacturing industry,this paper presents an automatic detection method based on visual detection and high precision motion control system.Using binarization,template matching and circle fitting image processing algorithms,combined with PID control theory,the data relationship between bubble displacement and angle table deflection angle is obtained,and finally the actual grinding effect of tubular horizontal bubble wall is obtained.At the same time,the measurement capability(CGK)of the measurement equipment is analyzed according to the detection requirements to verify the reliability of the equipment.The experimental results of 1000 leveling bubbles show that this method can effectively improve the accuracy of leveling bubble angle value detection,and the detection ability of the measuring equipment Cgk≥1.33.
