摘  要:木片集装箱翻转机械作为重要装卸转运机械,是木片输送链的核心设备,能够简化木片装卸工艺流程、提升装卸效率。为此,研制一款木片集装箱翻转机,能够实现集装箱转运、举升、装载和翻转等作业。阐述整机结构工作原理,对集装箱装载作业、翻转作业和关键零件进行力学分析,综合Hypermesh、ANSYS、Adams软件建立机器有限元模型和动力学仿真模型,分析机器装载作业和翻转作业得到,集装箱翻转角为γ∈[0°,85°]、支撑轴最大作用力为4331 kN、最小直径为65 mm、翻转液压缸最大负载力为59.4 kN,小于机器相关设计参数,满足设计要求。以自行研制的集装箱翻转机展开相关试验研究,计算分析试验数据与仿真结果高度拟合,利用与试验数据高度拟合的仿真模型分析机器关键零部件可缩短机器研制开发周期、降低加工制造成本。该研制的木片集装箱翻转机满足设计要求,具有一定的应用潜力。As an important loading and unloading machinery,wood chip container turning machine is the core equipment of wood chip conveyor chain,which can simplify the wood chip loading and unloading process and improve the loading and unloading effi⁃ciency.To this end,a wood chip container turning machine was developed,which can realize container transfer,lifting,loading,turning and other operations.Elaborating the whole machine structure and working principle,container loading operations,turning op⁃erations and mechanical analysis of key parts,integrated Hypermesh,ANSYS,Adams software to establish the machine finite element model and dynamics simulation model,analyzing the machine loading operations and turning operations to get:the container turning angle wasγ∈[0°,85°],the maximum force of the supporting shaft was 4331 kN,the smallest diameter was 65 mm,the maximum load force of the turning hydraulic cylinder was 59.4 kN,which was smaller than the relevant design parameters of the machine,to meet the requirements of the design parameters.Utilizing self-developed container turning machine to carry out the relevant experimen⁃tal research,calculation and analysis of test data were highly fitted to the simulation results.And the use of simulation models that were highly fitted to the test data to analyze the key components of the machine can shorten the development cycle of the machine de⁃velopment and reduce the cost of processing and manufacturing,the development of the wood chip container turning machine meets the requirements of the design,and has a certain potential for application.
