摘 要:重组竹是通过将竹束热压胶合而成的新型工程材料,具有强度高、韧性好以及固碳能力强等优点,为提高重组竹的受弯性能,通过热压工艺在重组竹中内置钢筋形成增强重组竹受弯构件。在四点弯曲试验的基础上,通过ABAQUS有限元模拟研究配筋率及配筋形式对重组竹受弯性能的影响。分析结果表明,与纯重组竹相比,内置钢筋后重组竹的受弯力学性能得到明显提高;当配筋形式相同时,随配筋率的增加,重组竹的承载力及抗弯刚度逐渐提高,与纯重组竹相比,配筋率为1.0%~8.2%的单筋重组竹承载力和抗弯刚度分别提高5.6%~48.36%和10.57%~71.81%;当钢筋直径相同时,重组竹顶部和底部同时配筋的双筋重组竹与重组竹底部配筋的单筋重组竹相比,其承载力及抗弯刚度分别提高21.78%和95.98%。Bamboo scrimber is a new type of engineering material made by hot pressing and gluing bamboo bundles,which has the advantages of high strength,good toughness and strong carbon fixation ability.In order to improve the bending performance of bamboo scrimber,the steel bars are built into the bamboo scrimber by hot pressing process to form a reinforced bamboo scrimber.Based on the four-point bending test,this paper utilizes ABAQUS finite element simulation to investigate the impact of reinforcement ratio and reinforcement form on the bending performance of reinforced bamboo scrimber.The results demonstrate that bamboo scrim⁃ber reinforced with steel bars exhibit significantly enhanced flexural mechanical properties compared to ordinary bamboo scrimber.For a consistent reinforcement form,the bearing capacity and flexural stiffness of bamboo scrimber gradually increase with higher rein⁃forcement ratios.Compared to ordinary bamboo scrimber,single-reinforced bamboo scrimber with 1.0%to 8.2%reinforcement ratios experience an increase in bearing capacity by 5.6%to 48.36%,and in flexural stiffness by 10.57%to 71.81%.Furthermore,for the same diameter of steel bars,double-reinforced bamboo scrimber with top and bottom steel bars show an increased bearing capacity by 21.78%,and flexural stiffness by 95.98%,compared to single-reinforced bamboo scrimber with bottom steel bars.
