摘　　要：在当今企业管理中,企业集团化发展日趋成熟,集团化管控模式逐渐成为一种重要的经营管理方式,子公司作为集团的重要组成部分及业务单元,其法人治理结构的健全性,直接影响整个集团的运作效率和战略目标的实现。文章分析了集团化管控下的子公司“三会”运作管理的重要性,包括健全子公司法人治理结构,提升子公司经营决策的科学性,确保集团及子公司战略目标的实现等,接着探讨了集团化管控下的子公司“三会”运作管理策略,旨在促进“三会”运作的科学、合理管理。In today's enterprise management,the development of enterprise group is becoming increasingly mature,and the group control mode has gradually become an important mode of operation and management.As an important component and business unit of the group,the soundness of the corporate governance structure of subsidiaries directly affects the operational efficiency and strategic goals of the entire group.This article analyzed the importance of the operation and management of the“three meetings”of subsidiaries under group control,including improving the corporate governance structure of subsidiaries,enhancing the scientific decision-making of subsidiaries,ensuring the achievement of strategic goals of the group and subsidiaries,etc.Then,it explored the operation and management strategies of the“three meetings”of subsidiaries under group control,aiming to promote the scientific and rational management of the“three meetings”operation.
