摘　　要：地方性小型税务师事务所作为税收管理体制中的一支重要力量,在当前社会经济快速发展的大背景下,扮演着越来越重要的角色。然而,同时面临着诸多挑战,尤其是在人力资源管理方面存在种种问题。针对这些问题,文章对地方性小型税务师事务所的人力资源现状进行细致剖析,并探讨其中的问题所在。同时,提出相应的人力资源战略建议,旨在为这类事务所的未来发展指明方向,并提供切实可行的建议。As an important force in the tax management system,local small tax agency are playing an increasingly important role in the context of rapid socio-economic development.However,at the same time,there are many challenges,especially various current problems in human resource management.This article aims to conduct an in-depth analysis of the current situation of human resources in local small tax agency,explore their existing problems,and propose corresponding human resource strategic suggestions,in order to point out the direction for their future development,and provide practical suggestions.
