摘　　要：[目的/意义]旨在探究任务类型及其分面属性对用户健康信息搜索时交互质量的影响作用,以揭示任务属性/类型与交互质量间的关系机理,丰富用户健康信息搜索研究领域知识体系,也为信息系统定制面向健康任务的智能化帮助策略提供支持。[方法/过程]基于模拟仿真工作任务设计了一项准实验,共招募64名参与者参加实验;采用广义估计方程模型定量分析任务与交互质量的关系,并结合访谈数据对相关问题进行阐释。[结果/结论]研究发现用户健康信息搜索的交互质量受多元属性任务类型及分面属性的显著影响;任务分面属性间的二维/三维交互效应显著影响了用户健康信息搜索中的交互质量;健康话题类型是值得重点关注的任务分面属性变量,此发现可作为后续相关研究的探索方向。[Purpose/significance]This study aims to explore the effects of task type and its faceted attributes on interaction quality in user health information searching,and reveals the relationships between task attributes/types and interaction quality,providing new insights for information users and health information search research,and supporting for information systems to develop intelligent help strategies for health tasks.[Method/process]An experiment was conducted to collect data.The generalized estimation equation(GEE)model was used to analyze the data.[Result/conclusion]The results show that:(1)the interaction quality of user health information search is significantly affected by multi-attribute task type and its faceted attributes.(2)The 2D/3D interaction effect between the task faceted attributes affects the interaction quality in health information search significantly.(3)The type of health topic is an important task faceted attribute,which can serve as a potential variable for future study.
