摘 要:随着数字医学的发展,数字化技术在口腔医学的不同领域日益普及,口腔数字化设备不断迭代,以致口腔数字化备受关注。数字化流程主要包括三步:第一步,借助扫描仪进行数据获取;第二步,选择软件进行数据处理及诊疗方案设计;第三步,借助设备对材料进行加工。综述重点介绍数据获取技术、计算机辅助设计技术、计算机辅助制造技术和手术实施技术,简要介绍了口腔数字化材料,并对口腔诊疗的未来进行展望,以期传统诊疗模式跟随时代的发展,为临床和科研提供参考。With the development of digital medicine,digital technology is becoming increasingly popular in various fields of dentistry.The continuous iteration of digital dental devices has attracted great attention to dental digitization.The digital process mainly consists of three steps,the first step is to obtain data with the help of scanners,the second step is to select software for data processing and diagnosis and treatment plan design,and the third step is to process materials with the help of equipment.The review focuses on data acquisition technology,computer aided design technology,computer aided manufacturing technology and surgica implementation technology,briefly introduces oral digital materials,and looks forward to the future of oral diagnosis and treatment,hoping to follow the development of the traditional diagnosis and treatment model and provide references for clinical and scientific research.
