摘　　要：支气管内型错构瘤属于肺错构瘤的一种少见类型,临床表现无特异性,且起病隐匿,常漏诊和误诊。肺诺卡菌病是由诺卡菌感染引起的肺部疾病,近年来,免疫正常人群感染诺卡菌越来越多见。而目前国内关于支气管内型错构瘤并发肺诺卡菌感染无文献报道,国外有1例个案报道。现将北京老年医院1例支气管内型错构瘤患者并发肺诺卡菌感染的临床资料进行分析,并文献复习,提高对该类疾病的认识。Endobronchial hamartoma is a rare type of pulmonary hamartomas lacking specific manifestations,which is usually missed diagnosed or misdiagnosed for the insidious onset.Pulmonary Nocardia is a pulmonary disease caused by Nocardia infection.In recent years,Nocardia infection in the normal immune population is increasingly common.At present,there is no literature report on endobronchial hamartoma complicated with pulmonary Nocardia infection in China,and only one case has been report abroad.The clinical data of a patient with endobronchial hamartoma complicated with pulmonary Nocardia infection in Beijing Geriatric Hospital were analyzed,and the literature was reviewed to improve the understanding of this rare disease.
