摘 要:硒对人体健康有重要作用,为探寻最佳硒元素检测条件开展研究。通过对比微波消解、湿法消解2种不同的样品前处理方法,在相同仪器条件下,采用氢化物发生原子荧光光谱法测定酵母片中硒元素含量。试验表明,2种前处理方法线性范围均为0~10μg/L,相关系数为r=0.999。湿法消解方法硒的检出限13.5μg/kg,精密度4.2%(n=6),加标回收率85%~89%;微波消解的检出限4.5μg/kg,精密度2.3%(n=6),加标回收率92%~97%。精密度、加标回收率数据表明,微波消解更适用于富硒酵母片的前处理,微波消解法具有可靠、效率高、不易污染、重复性好、试剂用量少等特点,为酵母片中硒检测的前处理工作提供一定参考依据。Selenium plays an important role in human health,aiming to explore the optimal detection conditions for selenium element.The content of selenium in yeast tablets is determined by hydride atomic fluorescence spectrometry under the same conditions by comparing microwave digestion and wet digestion.The results show that the linear range of the two pretreatment methods is 0-10μg/L,the correlation coefficient is r=0.999,the detection limit of selenium by wet digestion method is 0.054 ng/mL,the precision is 4.2%,and the recovery rate is 85%-89%.The detection limit of microwave digestion is 0.018 ng/mL,the precision is 2.3%,and the recovery rate is 92%-97%.From the precision and standard recovery data,it is concluded that microwave digestion is more suitable for the pre-treatment of selenium-rich yeast tablets.Microwave digestion method has the characteristics of reliability,high efficiency,easy contamination,good repeatability and less reagent consumption,which provides a certain basis for the pre-treatment of selenium detection in yeast tablets.
